Did I Really Wear Slippers to the Doctors Office?

Dearfoams Sporty Slippers

So, I was sitting at the doctor’s office with my daughter the other day when I looked down and realized that I was still wearing my SLIPPERS! Seriously?  Yes, and believe it or not, they really didn’t scream slippers, so my guess is no one really noticed.

I was given the opportunity to review Dearfoams slippers and of course, I said yes. I have been wearing Dearfoams slippers around the house for years – my toes are always cold – but decided to try a style I had not tried before – their Sport Clog. The Dearfoams Sport Clog is made for wearing around the house, but is constructed so you can wear them as daily shoes too – they have a mesh upper, durable EVA and rubber sole and come in basic black. They are perfect for walking the dog, running errands, and daily wear if you want to. I tend to wear them mostly in the house but if I am just taking the kids to school or doing a quick outing, I will leave them on.

Yesterday while I was at my daughter’s swim practice, my good friend came to pick up her son wearing this sparkly Dearfoams number:

I had some serious slipper envy going on – her pink sequined velour clogs were so darn cute! I totally should have ordered those – not only do they make a serious statement (there is no mistaking the fact that you have your fabulous slippers on your feet) but they looked so comfortable. Of course I had to compliment her on her awesome pink slippers, and of course she made one of her expected sassy remarks back to me, but it was all in fun.

Whether you go for the conservative or the wild and fun, Dearfoams has a style for everyone.  Their slippers are so comfortable and last for years that chances are you have a pair in your closet already. Right now they are offering free shipping on orders of $45 or more, or $6 flat rate shipping for orders under $45. There is no coupon code needed for that deal, it will automatically get applied.

So, where do you wear your slippers?
