Fun with Fall Fruit – Ghostly Pears
Last week my girls decided to have some early Halloween fun and create ghosts out of pears covered in white chocolate. They got a little out of hand – adding a few too many flourishes, but you can get the idea. The recipe is so simple. Melt a bag of white chocolate chips in a glass container in the microwave (do in 1 minute increments). Spoon the melted white chocolate over the pears and add chocolate chips for eyes.

Those are adorable! They should go into biz
These are really effective, would never have thought to use pears either.
