Cool Wake-Me-Up Foot Soak
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Baking Soda
1 lemon thinly sliced
1 bunch fresh Mint, finely choppedEquipment:
Medium bowl
12″ square of cheesecloth or large coffee filter
rubber bandInstructions:
In a square of cheesecloth or a large coffee filter, loosely secure most of the thinly sliced lemons and the chopped mint. Steep “sachet” in hot water for 5 minutes. Fill footbath with cool water, and swirl baking soda in. Add lemon-mint “tea”, squeezing sachet to remove all “tea” Add remaining lemons, and soak feet for 10 minutes. This is a great pick-me-up if feet are hot and tired! You can even prepare the “tea” ahead of time and refrigerate it for up to 24 hours.

I am totally ready for spring weather because it means that summer is right around the corner. I love everything about summer including the hot, humid days lying by the pool. I love being able to slip on a tank top, jeans, and sandals and not having to get all bundled up to go outside. I love gardening and going to local lake to cool off. I could go on and on about summer because I LOVE IT!

Greetings! I love the early spring time when the mini daffodils, jonquils and crocus start to peep through the ground. They are so pretty against their drab background! The spring is nice, but spring storms terrify me! Fall is my favorite time of year!

Ready to spring clean
I’m tired of winter and if it ever stops raining I would love to get out in the yard and plant some flowers. I need to put on my sandles and let me feet breathe!

my aching feet get soothed by soaking in warm water with epsom salt and then a nice massage with some of my yardley natural oatmeal and almond moisturizer.
I get regular pedicures and I scrub my feet with sugar scrub.
My favorite thing to do in spring is to buy happy little plants and put them in my garden and dig into the good rich dirt. My favorite way to pamper my feet is to soak them in a bowl of warm water with a mixture of sea salt and lavender oil.
