Menu Plan Monday - December 10

Wow, I just noticed that I didn’t really post much here last week. I was super busy getting ready for the holidays, everyone was happy and healthy, and I just didn’t think about it. Anyhow, I do have some good stuff ready to go for this week and the first one is my menu plan for the week.
I have found that by simply taking 15-30 minutes on Sunday to get an idea of what is in the freezer and then plan meals for the week means we eat out less, save money on groceries, and I am less stressed. Menu Planning isn’t some fancy, hard-to-follow program, it is just a matter of deciding in advance what your family will eat all week.
This week’s menu:
- Monday - Slow cooker pork barbecue, salad, tater tots
- Tuesday - Kielbasa, skillet potatoes, fresh baby spinach
- Wednesday - Taco buffet
- Thursday - Grilled cheese or hot dog, vegetable soup
- Friday - Hockey night - pizza or 5 Guys Burgers

I commented about that same Sunday planning thing on my MPM post today–it sure does pay off to at least have an idea of several meal options.
~Happy Holidays!
Your menu sounds great!
Mine is up too
It’s so satisfying to be able to go into your fridge, freezer, and cabinets and know you don’t have to reinvent the wheel to plan dinner for the week. Have a swell one!
Looks like a great week! These are all kid-friendly too, which is awesome!
Blessings,

Looks like you have a great week all planned out. Yummy!
We haven’t had grilled cheese sandwiches in forever. That sounds pretty yummy … and easy
