Menu Plan Monday – December 10

Menu Plan Monday

Wow, I just noticed that I didn’t really post much here last week. I was super busy getting ready for the holidays, everyone was happy and healthy, and I just didn’t think about it. Anyhow, I do have some good stuff ready to go for this week and the first one is my menu plan for the week.

I have found that by simply taking 15-30 minutes on Sunday to get an idea of what is in the freezer and then plan meals for the week means we eat out less, save money on groceries, and I am less stressed. Menu Planning isn’t some fancy, hard-to-follow program, it is just a matter of deciding in advance what your family will eat all week.

This week’s menu:

  • MondaySlow cooker pork barbecue, salad, tater tots
  • Tuesday – Kielbasa, skillet potatoes, fresh baby spinach
  • Wednesday – Taco buffet
  • Thursday - Grilled cheese or hot dog, vegetable soup
  • Friday – Hockey night – pizza or 5 Guys Burgers
