
As we close out another year, I am dedicating myself to another year of menu planning – but with even more attention to providing my family with healthy, well balanced meals from fewer processed products. By planning weekly menus, I find that we eat out less, save money and get a better variety of foods.
- Monday – Baked ham, macaroni and cheese, corn, and a green salad
- Tuesday (Happy New Year) – Vegetable soup, ham and cheese sandwiches or quesadillas
- Wednesday – Soft tacos, refried beans
- Thursday - Kielbasa, oven roasted potatoes, steamed carrots
- Friday - Hockey night – either pizza or maybe eat out
