Menu Plan Monday – Feb. 9

What’s for dinner? Since I have started menu planning that is rarely a question in our house. I can rattle out the entire week’s worth and there is always a day to look forward to for the kids – especially since they usually have some input.

This week’s menu:

  • Monday – Rotisserie chicken with left over mashed potatoes, green beans
  • Tuesday – Turkey & cheese subs (kids get to add their favorite toppings, just like at our favorite Subway shop), homemade vegetable soup
  • WednesdayEnchilada Casser-Ole! from Taste of Home
  • Thursday – Fettucine alfredo with chicken (leftover from Monday) and steamed veggies
  • Friday – Hamburgers, baked fries, raw veggies
  • Saturday – family Valentine dinner – probably will go out after my son plays in his All Star hockey game

Since Saturday is Valentine’s Day, we have already started getting ready. The kids have done their Valentine’s cards already. If you still need Valentine’s ideas and activities check out the list of 25 Free Valentine printables at my other site, Printables4Kids.com.

Sounds good! My niece loves sub shop sandwiches because she gets to add what she wants. I never thought to do that at home!
