Menu Plan Monday

Happy Monday!! It is time for another week’s worth of meal plans. Last week I was able to serve the family some meals made from Weight Watchers recipes and they didn’t even question it, they were all good. This week is a combination of Weight Watchers recipes along with some family requests.

  • Monday – Rigatoni and meatballs in marinara sauce, cooked in the slow cooker and served with a tossed salad
  • Tuesday – Chicken fajitas with rice
  • WednesdayFamily Classic Meatloaf, mashed potatoes and green beans
  • ThursdaySimple shrimp stir fry with rice
  • Friday – Pizza
