Menu Plan Monday – October 15

Menu Plan Monday

Somehow I managed to survive last week without a menu plan but it wasn’t pretty! I took the time yesterday to inventory my freezer, ask the kids for requests, and browse some recipes. I feel much more prepared this week:

  • Monday – Baked Ziti with meatballs, garlic toast and raw veggies with dip
  • Tuesday – Sloppy Joes, roasted potatoes, mixed veggies
  • WednesdaySpicy Chicken Enchiladas
  • Thursday – Homemade garden vegetable soup and grilled cheese sandwiches
  • Friday – leftovers or we will go out after my son’s hockey game
