Menu Plan Monday - October 22
As the weather cools off a bit, it is beginning to feel more and more like fall. This also means I am ready for soups, chili, and plenty of slow cooker meals - something to warm us to the core. My menus over the next few months will definitely reflect this.
This week’s plan:
- Monday - Curried Butternut Squash soup and Cheese Quesadillas
- Tuesday - Shepherd’s Pie
- Wednesday - Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo with Penne pasta
- Thursday - Leftover buffet
- Friday - my son’s hockey game, so we’ll probably eat out as a family afterward

As the weather grows cooler? We wish. It was 83 degrees in your backyard today.
I know - it was warmer than I expected yesterday. Today is a bit cooler though.
This weather definitely brings out the cook in me. Casseroles, soups, cookies… looks like a yummy menu to me
