Menu Plan Monday

Monday completely snuck up on me last week and I never did get my menu planned. Anyhow, I am back on my schedule and have my menu for the week ready to go.

  • Monday – Macaroni & Cheese with Tomato Soup, apple slices
  • Tuesday - Chicken Pot Pie, pears
  • Wednesday – Mom’s Salad Bar (create your own salads from what ingredients I put out) and Fruit smoothies
  • Thursday – Breakfast for dinner – whole grain waffles, sausage and berries
  • Friday – Ziti with marinara sauce, meatballs and mozzarella in the  slow cooker, and pineapple

    And mmm, I need to do something with pineapple again – that is making me drool. I might try a variation of the apricot chicken :)
